    George brings over 41 years of experience in the metal fabrication industry and is the Owner and Lead Fabricator of this family-owned business. As a master craftsman specializing in custom and structural metalwork, he is known for precision, durability, and a strong attention to detail.

    Built on hard work, integrity, and pride in craftsmanship, the shop operates with a hands-on, small-business approach. George is personally involved in every project from start to finish, ensuring each job reflects the high standards and long-lasting quality the family has built its reputation on.

    Operations & Technology Manager

    Dylan brings 8 years of experience in the metal fabrication industry and serves as the Operations & Technology Manager for the family-owned business. He oversees all office operations, business paperwork, and technology systems that keep the shop running efficiently.

    Acting as the bridge between shop operations and administrative workflow, Dylan manages scheduling, estimates, invoicing, documentation, and customer communication. His focus on organization, efficiency, and professionalism ensures smooth day-to-day operations and supports the high-quality work the business is known for.
